The Customer Support Services Department provides easy access to vital information and documents concerning the City of Rexburg. While creating effective citizen to government communication, Customer Support offers many of the front-end services for the residents of Rexburg.

The following are services that are handled by the department: taking payments for utilities; handling of City records, ordinances, and elections; coordinating sanitation collection; organizing City Council while recording the agenda and minutes; taking reservations for City facilities; issuing business licenses; providing public communication.
