The City of Rexburg Engineering Department designs and oversees the construction of the city’s infrastructure as well as supports all other departments and divisions within the city.

Services
The department goal is to provide efficient, centralized, and cost effective municipal engineering services for the City of Rexburg. Among the basic services the department provides are:

• Construction administration and observation
• Construction of municipal projects
• Design of public water and sanitary sewer systems
• Right of way acquisition
• Maintenance streets
• Maintenance stormwater systems
• Organization of traffic engineering

The end result of all Engineering Department functions, whether directly or indirectly, is to provide quality and efficient service to the citizens of the City of Rexburg.
