Located at 5th West and 3rd North (Close to the Madison County Fair Grounds)
The Nature Park is a great place for joggers and cyclists to exercise in a beautiful
environment. Located near the fairgrounds on the west side of Rexburg, this 15 acre
park has something for everyone. Away from traffic, the pathways provide beautiful
and tranquil scenes around the park ponds and ties into Eagle Park located just
north of Nature Park along the Teton River. Wildlife and waterfowl can often be
seen in the Park.
The ponds are available for fishing all year long. A valid Idaho fishing license
is required. General regulations are enforced. One pond has been designed for children
under 12 years of age.
The nature park is home to various race events, including Rexburg's CycloCross race
called The Cube. Each year, cycling enthusiasts who love the challenge of a mixed-terrain
course participate in this race.
Special consideration has been given to accommodate the needs of handicapped or
physically challenged individuals so everyone can enjoy this scenic park.
