Nature Park

Nature Park North

Nature Park North was developed out of unused City land which contained several settling ponds which served as part of the City’s the stormwater system. Today it is home to the Claire Boyle Skate Park, a sport playing field, walking paths, ponds and a Frisbee Golf Course.

Park Type:      Special Use. A special use park a contains non-traditional activities and amenities. This park type complements traditional municipal community and neighborhood parks.

Features:         3 ponds, canal, 3 shelters, skate park, Frisbee Golf, and walking/bike path. 

Nature Park South

Park Type:      Neighborhood Park. Neighborhood Parks are generally smaller parks designed to serve the neighborhood that surrounds it. They feature simple playgrounds and contain trees and lawn areas.

Features:         Canal, 1 shelter, Frisbee Golf, kids playground and walking/bike path.
