Purpose
This application is for the building of New Construction, Addition, Basement Finish, Remodel, Accessory Structure, etc.
New Construction - New home construction that includes review and inspection of all disciplines: building, electrical, mechanical & plumbing
Addition - Any existing home construction an addition
Basement Finish - Basement finish on a single-family home and any installation of egress windows.
Remodel - Home remodel that includes structural elements ( any installation of egress windows) or multiple disciplines (electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing)
Accessory Structure - An additional structure not attached to the primary structure such as a shed, shop, storage building, detached porch, deck, and parking lot. Not considered "new construction"

A digital .pdf of site plans
A digital .pdf of Building Plans
Structural calculations
Energy compliance report
Digital plans
Subcontractors need to fill out contractor work acceptance forms
Property line form signed by builder
Homeowner's exemption signed, if homeowner is doing work on their own home
To start an online application you will need to create an account by setting up a username and password. A confirmation email will be sent to the email you have provided. After your account has been created, proceed to fill out the appropriate application for your project.
