Purpose

This application is for all fire and fire protection related permits.

• Fire Operational Permits - Hazardous business activities including blasting for rock, operating fuel stations, indoor luau's, etc.

• Fire Safety Certification - Annual fire safety certification

• Fire System Installation - Construction of fire protection systems including stand alone fire alarm or fire sprinkler systems, suppression hoods, etc. 

Requirements

• Fill out fire system permit application

For Annual Fire Safety Certification  

• Certificate of liability insurance

• NICET certification

• Business license

To start an online application you will need to create an account by setting up a user name and password. A confirmation email will be sent to the email you have provided. After your account has been created, proceed to fill out the appropriate application for your project.
