Rexburg Tabernacle Orchestra, Classics in Cinema 

Lights! Camera! Action! 

The Rexburg Tabernacle Orchestra, sponsored this season by the City of Rexburg and Leavitt Select, will be offering an exciting concert on Thursday, November 6th at 7:30pm in the historic Rexburg Tabernacle. The theme is “Classics in Cinema”, and the evening will feature beloved favorites from the movies, including music from West Side Story, E. T., and 2001: A Space Odyssey. Now in its 22nd season, the Rexburg Tabernacle Orchestra is an all-volunteer group and is comprised of talented and dedicated musicians from Rexburg and the surrounding area. The orchestra is currently directed by Mark Seare. The concert is free to the public, paid for by Leavitt Select and the City of Rexburg. It’s a night at the movies, come enjoy! 

Hello Rexburg Musicians!

Rexburg City Arts is sponsoring Handel's Messiah this Christmas, and we'd love to have you join us in the choir! Rehearsals will be the first 3 Thursday nights in December and Saturday morning, December 20th. The performance will be Sunday, December 21st in the Rexburg Tabernacle, at 7:00pm.  

 We need experienced singers of all vocal ranges who will practice at home (we'll have rehearsal links to use) and strive mightily to be to all practices. Bring your own score. This year we are privileged to join with a full orchestra, led by Rick Hansen, and a quartet of amazing soloists. I will be preparing the choir.

The Romance Theater and the South wing hallway of City Hall both have temporary art gallery exhibits featuring local artists from Rexburg and the surrounding areas.
